Shipping & Returns

We ship via Australia Post. As some of your items are handmade there may be a short time delay from your day of order to dispatch, however we aim to ship your item within 2 working days. Once we receive your order request we will contact you in regards to your expected delivery date. If you have special instructions relating to the delivery please be sure to indicate this on the order 'comments' section as you check out.

 
Delivery of online orders are FREE for orders of $100 or more. Orders below $100 will incur a flat rate delivery charge of $9.
 
International shipping will incur a $15 flat rate delivery charge.
 
Australia Post estimated shipping times within Australia is between 2-6 days, international shipping times are between 7-10 days.
 
If goods are unavailable delivery may take longer.

When returning stock we recommend you use registered mail to enable tracking, in the unlikely event of a delay or loss.
